The East Tennessee Health Forum is for Medical Professionals Who Want to go Beyond the Disease-Centered Model of Care.
We are a community of health care providers that desire to see patients empowered to improve their health and the health of those around them. We know health (and disease) are contagious meaning if those around us are healthy or unhealthy - we are likely to follow suit. In order to empower them and elevated our entire regions health, we desire to learn from each other, leaders in the field of root cause medicine, and work together to support patients in our region.
